Gate of Heaven is one of the growing Back Mountain Catholic Churches. It was built in 1951 and has recently undergone its first major renovation.

Gate of Heaven parish is a faith community of catholic believers who are baptized into union with the one holy catholic and apostolic church. We worship God through the sacrifice of Jesus Christ, led by the Holy Spirit and who propagate the faith and serve others, faithful to the teaching of the church. As a parish, we invite all to come and be welcome among us.
